This great holiday villa just outside Lloret de Mar offers everything you need to have a perfect stay. The villa enjoys incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and south Costa Brava coastline. It has a generous terrace to enjoy the best of outdoor living, surrounding a private pool. The villa counts with eight bedrooms with a total capacity of sixteen guests.
The villa is constructed on three floors. The spacious open-plan living area comprises two seating areas, a sizeable kitchen and a dining area. This comfortably wide space opens out to the terrace with an outdoor dining and barbecue area. The private swimming pool offers a nice refreshment after sunbathing. The upper floor holds three bedrooms with impressive sea view and two bathrooms with a bathtub. All three rooms have access to a balcony to enjoy the views. The lower floor has five more bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is outdoor parking for two cars behind a closed gate. Free street parking is also widely available. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
LOCATION
You will find the villa close to the best beach in the area, Cala Canyelles, with several great restaurants, as well as a small marina. You can find all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as night lift in the centre of Lloret de Mar, just a few minutes drive. The picturesque village of Tossa de Mar is only ten minutes from the house. The villa is situated in a tranquil residential area, surrounded by lush green, which makes it perfect for beautiful hikes in nature.
